BSN proposes to issue RM3.5b Sukuk, rated AAA/Stable by RAM


RAM pointed out that with 390 branches across 886 mukim (small administrative districts), the BSN has the largest branch network in Malaysia.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) has proposed to issue RM3.5bil Islamic medium-term notes Sukuk Wakalah Programme (2021/-).

RAM Ratings said on Monday it has assigned an AAA/Stable rating to the Sukuk. Concurrently, BSN’s financial institution ratings have also been rated AAA/Stable/P1.
