KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Bhd's subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd has accepted a contract worth RM126.1mil from UEM Sunrise Bhd
's subsidiary Sunrise Alliance Sdn Bhd to undertake building works for a proposed residential development project in Bandar Putra Permai in Petaling, Selangor.
It said in a statement issued on Friday that the job entails two blocks of apartment with a seven-storey podium carpark including one level of common area and facilities.
