NPC to sell 2,109 acres of oil palm land in Kinabatangan to Kretam


KUALA LUMPUR: NPC Resources Bhd said it has found a new buyer to acquire part of its estates in Sabah, barely days after withdrawing an offer to IOI Corp Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, NPC said Syarikat Kretam Plantations Sdn Bhd has accepted its offer to sell a total of 2,109 acres (853 hectares) of land in Kinabatangan, Sabah for RM52.7mil.
