Govt to clarify plan on sale of Bumiputera shares

KUALA LUMPUR: The government plans to clarify the recently-announced proposal to allow the sale of Bumiputera shares or companies only to Bumiputera consortiums, companies or individuals, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Economy) Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed.

"I acknowledge there has been confusion and we will have to clarify that. We will do this in due course,” he said on TV3’s Money Matters programme on Saturday..
