Maybank Ageas to issue RM3b bonds, rated AA2 Stable by RAM

KUALA LUMPUR: Maybank Ageas Holdings Bhd has proposed a RM3bil subordinated bonds programme and RAM Ratings has assigned an AA2/Stable rating.

The rating agency said on Monday, the rating reflects the status of the bonds as unsecured and subordinated obligations of the Group.
