SC Estate Builder inks MoU


The ACE Market-listed company in a filing with Bursa yesterday, said it had signed the MoU with Tan Sri Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah, Tunku Sakinah Sultan Badlishah and Che Puan Besar Haminah Hamidun, who are the joint owners of the land.

PETALING JAYA: SC Estate Builder Bhd has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Kedah royalty to buy a 104.62-ha land in Sungai Laka, Kubang Pasu, Kedah for a proposed 100-megawatt (MW) solar power plant for environment, social and governance (ESG) initiative projects.
