Holdings Bhd announced that Lani Darmawan has been nominated as president director and CEO of CIMB Niaga.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, CIMB said the appointment is subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming CIMB Niaga’s extraordinary general meeting on Dec 17 and thereafter approval by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
