Gamuda set for improved profits


Kenanga Research said in a note the management has guided that its two outstanding tenders worth A$4bil (RM12bil) (effective stake A$2bil or RM6bil) from the Sydney Metro West (SMW) Western Tunnel and SMW Airport Link would be awarded latest by February next year. PETALING JAYA: Gamuda Bhd, which is involved in property development and construction, is in a better position to see improved earnings over the next few quarters, driven by some of its upcoming projects.

One of them being the tenders for its projects in Australia, of which the outcome would be known in February.
