PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Pacific Industries Bhd’s (MPI) wholly-owned subsidiary Carsem Holdings (HK) Ltd has entered into an investment agreement with Suzhou Industrial Park Suxiang Cooperation Zone Management Committee.

MPI said the agreement would provide the framework for the proposed investment in a new plant at the Suzhou Industrial Park Suxiang Cooperation Zone in China to design and provide assembly and test services for semiconductor and electronic components.
