HSBC Malaysia implements hybrid work model


HSBC Malaysia country head of human resources Sugunah Verumandy said the bank is continuously proactively shaping the way its employees work.

KUALA LUMPUR: HSBC Malaysia has implemented a hybrid work model to “improve employees’ well-being and empower flexibility” as part of its commitment to the future of the work model.

The bank said said the hybrid work model would improve employee well-being and increase productivity as it moves to its new headquarters in Menara IQ at the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).
