Digi expected to sustain service revenue resilience

TA Research believes that Digi’s focus on the postpaid, fibre and B2B segments will be supported by its stronger quality subscriber base with growing Malaysian subscribers and reduced reliance on low-quality, high-churn segments.

PETALING JAYA: Postpaid subscribers will likely continue rising as Digi.Com Bhd focuses on its bundled products and entry-level postpaid packages.

But this may erode its average revenue per user (Arpu), as the majority of its postpaid subscribers are on plans near the RM60 price point. The Arpu erosion could be about RM2 before stabilising.
