’s recent joint venture (JV) with Inta Bina Group Bhd will further enhance the former’s profit margin and propel it to its next growth phase.
The JV company, Lagenda Inta Sdn Bhd which is seen as value accretive, will help to capture the construction business, which was previously outsourced to external contractors. About 50% of Lagenda’s projects were outsourced.
