PETALING JAYA: The price of Brent crude oil, which has seen a spike, is expected to remain at elevated levels of above US$100 (RM418) per barrel despite a steep correction on Wednesday.
Brent crude fell 13% to US$111 (RM464) per barrel on March 9 in its biggest single-day drop since April 2020.
