ISKANDAR PUTERI: UEM Sunrise Bhd has unveiled its final phase of Aspira Gardens to a take-up rate of 75% even before launch over the weekend.

In a statement, the property developer said the overwhelming response to Phase 2 despite the Covid-19 pandemic was a further testament to the popularity of its Aspira-themed offerings in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, of which the first phases of Aspira Gardens have been fully taken up since the launch in December 2019.
