Crude palm oil inventory rises 17.4% in April

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s crude palm oil (CPO) stocks grew to 891,779 tonnes in April 2022, up 17.4% from the 759,732 tonnes recorded in March, on higher production, according to the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB).

MPOB said the processed palm oil inventory also rose 5.2% month-on-month (m-o-m) to 750,215 tonnes from 713,112 tonnes previously.
