has redesignated Datuk Lee Kim Meow as a non-independent non-executive director effective Aug 1, 2022, upon completing his employment contract with the company on July 31.
Lee, who is currently the company’s managing director, will be succeeded by executive director Lim Cheong Guan, effective Aug 1.
