NEW YORK: Optimism is growing that port delays and a trucking shortage in Shanghai are quickly abating, providing some relief to supply chains, though major hurdles remain.

Traffic into the city is picking up, with some logistics experts seeing activity returning to about 80% of levels seen before Shanghai’s Covid-19 lockdowns.
