KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Bhd
has appointed Tan Sri Muhammad Shahrul Ikram Yaakob as an independent and non-executive director.
Shahrul, 61, was the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from January 2019 to May 2022, Sime Darby said in a Bursa filing.
