THE construction industry will still have to go through a lull of sorts until the much anticipated contracts for the Mass Rail Transit 3 (MRT3) Circle Line – expected in the fourth quarter – kick off.

Still, contracts awarded for the MRT3 project, a 50.8km alignment that will be connected to existing MRT, light rail transit, Keretapi Tanah Melayu, and monorail lines in Kuala Lumpur, are said to be only for the big boys of the industry.
