is disposing of its entire stake in two loss-making Indonesian subsidiaries – PT Rafi Kamajaya Abadi (RKA) and PT Sawit Rezki Abadi (SRA) – to Ikhasas CPO Sdn Bhd for RM115mil.
Ikhasas CPO is involved in the palm oil business and trading and exporting of palm products.
