PETALING JAYA: Yinson Holdings Bhd’s joint venture (JV) Green EV Charge Sdn Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with GoCar Mobility Sdn Bhd (GoCar), to provide charging infrastructure facilities and solutions to GoCar users

Green EV Charge is a JV between Yinson Green Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned unit of Yinson, and GreenTech Malaysia Alliances Sdn Bhd. The JV is tasked to come up with the commercialisation, operation and maintenance of charging infrastructure in Malaysia through the brand chargEV.
