Malaysia to achieve GDP growth of 5.3% to 6.3% this year


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia is on track to achieve a gross domestic product (GDP) growth of between 5.3 per cent and 6.3 per cent in 2022, said Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz today.

"I feel very optimistic that we will achieve the GDP forecast of between 5.3 per cent and 6.3 per cent," he said during an interview with CNBC this morning.
