PETALING JAYA: Green technology company Unex Holdings Inc is aiming to raise up to US$40mil (RM179.36mil) for its business expansion in the run-up to a listing on the Nasdaq market in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Unex is currently listed on the United States over-the-counter market and wants to revise listing statues after acquiring the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) business of EvoAir International Ltd in December 2021. EvoAir International is the parent company of the WKL Group which is involved in the research and development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of its eco-friendly hybrid air-conditioning systems.
