SMRT acquires properties in Kota Kinabalu for RM14.7mil


KUALA LUMPUR: SMRT Holdings Bhd has acquired eight adjoining units of four-storey terrace shop/office comprising six units of intermediate units and two corner units in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for RM14.7mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, SMRT said its wholly owned subsidiary, Strategic Ambience Sdn Bhd had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Koperasi NLFCS Bhd for the proposed acquisition.
