Closer global ties ‘vital’ amid widespread woes


SHANGHAI: Former prime minister of France Jean-Pierre Raffarin says countries need to give priority to cooperation instead of conflict while facing a turbulent time in the new geopolitical climate and post-Covid era.

He made the remarks at the China-Europe International Business School (CEIBS) Insights Paris Forum held in Paris and Shanghai.
