KUALA LUMPUR: Sales value of wholesale and retail trade grew 33.7% year-on-year to a record RM133.7bil in August 2022, according to the Statistics Department (DOSM).
“The increase in wholesale & retail trade was attributed to the retail trade sub-sector which rose RM14.6bil or 34.5% to record RM57bil.
