KUALA LUMPUR: Stella Holdings Bhd has agreed to dispose of its 100% equity interest in Stella Healthcare Holdings Sdn Bhd to Panorama Elit Sdn Bhd for RM12mil.
It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that upon the disposal, Stella Healthcare shall cease to be a subsidiary of the company, in line with its efforts to streamline and focus on its core business of construction and property development.
