Good response to PKNS housing project

SHAH ALAM: About 75% of the 232 units of Residensi Advena homes in Section 16 here, developed by the Selangor State Development Corp (PKNS), were sold on the first day of its launch on Saturday.

Chief executive officer Datuk Mahmud Abbas said the encouraging response was believed to be due to the reasonable price starting from RM388,000 to about RM398,000 for an apartment located in the heart of Shah Alam city, Bernama reported.

He said Residensi Advena, with 941-sq-ft apartments has two blocks, a 14-storey and another 20-storey building, has a gross development value of about RM91mil that is scheduled to be completed by the end of next year.
