Yew Lee proposes 1-for-2 bonus issue of warrants


KUALA LUMPUR: Yew Lee Pacific Group Bhd has proposed to undertake a bonus issue of warrants on a basis of one warrant for every two existing ordinary shares held.

The manufacturer of industrial brushes said the proposed bonus issue will entail the issuance of 266.22 million warrants based on the total issued share capital of the company of RM67.53mil comprising 532.44 million shares as at the last practicable date of Oct 3, 2022.
