KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd achieved a combined 96% take-up rate for the first three stages of the flexi-linked Elmina Green Six homes in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam.

Chief marketing and sales officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei said the interest in Elmina Green Six reflected the company’s commitment in offering homebuyers with products that provide flexibility, space and comfort for multi-generational families.

“At Sime Darby Property, one of our key priorities is to satisfy the evolving needs of our customers. We take pride in our role to design high-quality products and provide homebuyers with more flexibility to utilise the space in their homes according to their lifestyle.

“The strong combined take-up rate for Elmina Green Six in its first three stages is a testament to the unwavering confidence of our customers and new purchasers in the Sime Darby Property brand,” he said in a statement.

The developer is gearing up for the preview of its next and final stage of Elmina Green Six on Oct 29, alongside the activation of several key catalysts in the Elmina City Centre, including the city’s first neighbourhood mall and upcoming education hub.
