Bina Puri delays release of annual report

PETALING JAYA: Bina Puri Holdings Bhd says it is unable to release its annual report for the financial year ended June 30, 2022 (FY22) within the four months from the close of its fiscal year, as part of the listing requirements of the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the construction-related company said it expects to issue and submit its annual report no later than Nov 7, 2022, after the completion of the annual audited financial statements for FY22.

The failure to issue the annual report within five market days from the expiry of the time frame will see the company’s securities being suspended from trading from Nov 8, 2022.
