Pathlab weighs sale of M’sian medical testing business


PETALING JAYA: Pathology & Clinical Laboratory (M) Sdn Bhd, a South-East Asian medical testing company, is considering selling its business in Malaysia which could fetch about US$200mil (RM949mil) in a transaction, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Pathlab, as the company is known, is working with an adviser on the potential divestment, the people said.
