Mesiniaga bags RM43.62mil contract from Companies Commission of Malaysia


KUALA LUMPUR: Mesiniaga Bhd has accepted a contract from the Companies Commission of Malaysia to supply and maintain a corporate registry system valued at RM43.62mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the ICT solutions provider said the contract performance period was from Jan 1, 2023 to Dec 31, 2026, with no automatic renewal clause.

"The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2023, onwards until the expiry of the Contract," it said.
