Agong emerges as big Microlink shareholder


Microlink said the King emerged as a substantial shareholder after Gading Sari Ventures Sdn Bhd acquired 115 million shares on Monday.

PETALING JAYA: The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has emerged as a substantial shareholder of computer software firm Microlink Solutions Bhd, with a 10.76% indirect equity interest.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Microlink said the King emerged as a substantial shareholder after Gading Sari Ventures Sdn Bhd acquired 115 million shares on Monday.

Microlink shares closed 1.06% higher to 95.5 sen yesterday.
