Revenue Group suspends two directors


KUALA LUMPUR: Revenue Group Bhd has announced that the executive functions of Ng Shih Chiow and Ng Shih Fang have been suspended with immediate effect pending further investigation over certain complaints against them.

Shih Chiow is the executive director and group chief operating officer while Shih Fang is the executive director and group chief technology officer.

“Following information that has been brought to the board of directors’ attention, the board has arrived at the decision to suspend the two executive directors immediately pending investigation,” managing director and group chief executive officer Datuk Eddie Ng Chee Siong said in a statement.

“Notwithstanding this unfortunate event, the board would like to reassure all stakeholders that it is business as usual for Revenue as the next level of leadership team, who are highly capable, is handling day-to-day operations.

“Additionally, we are also looking into further strengthening our management and internal control. The board and the management remain committed on growing our business and executing our growth strategies, which are progressing well,” he added.

The group shall make further announcements if there is any material development in respect of this matter.
