KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Leong Asset Management Bhd (Hong Leong AM) has launched its first Shariah-compliant environmental, social and governance (ESG) fund, the Hong Leong Global Shariah ESG Fund.
Hong Leong AM said the fund aimed to provide investors with medium-to-long-term capital growth by investing in a globally diversified Shariah-compliant portfolio of securities focusing on ESG criteria in its investment process.
