Court allows winding-up of Serba Dinamik


Serba Dinamik and its three units are said to have a total debt of nearly RM5bil, and will be placed under liquidator Victor Saw from PriceWaterhouse Coopers.

PETALING JAYA: The High Court has granted a petition to wind up Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd and its three units – Serba Dinamik International Ltd, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd and Serba Dinamik Group Bhd.

The petition was made by six financial institutions – Standard Chartered Saadiq Bhd, HSBC Amanah Malaysia Bhd, Ambank Islamic Bhd, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd, United Overseas Bank (M) Bhd and Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd.

According to a business news portal, Serba Dinamik and its three units are said to have a total debt of nearly RM5bil, and will be placed under liquidator Victor Saw from PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
