KUALA LUMPUR: Ecobuilt Holdings Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Rexallent Construction Sdn Bhd, has bagged a construction contract from ADM Design and Management Sdn Bhd worth RM92.46 million.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said Rexallent Construction has been appointed as the contractor to undertake construction works for the development of a three-storey logistic business complex located in Penang for Aman Duta Sdn Bhd.
It said the project is expected to be completed within eight months by Sept 4, 2023 or within the such extended date as conditions of the contract provided.
It added that the project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company for the financial year ending May 31, 2023. - Bernama
