PETALING JAYA: Zhulian Corp Bhd has declared a fourth interim dividend of three sen per share and a special dividend of five sen per share despite posting a net loss of RM3.16mil for the final quarter ended Nov 30, 2022.

The jewellery maker’s revenue for the quarter was marginally down to RM32.25mil, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday. For the financial year 2022, revenue and net profits decreased by 9% and 8% year-on-year to RM136.17mil and RM38.31mil respectively due to weaker consumer sentiments associated with the effects of Covid-19 and inflationary pressures.
