KPS subsidiary secures RM12.97mil water meter contract from Air Selangor


KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd’s (KPS) 51 per cent owned subsidiary, Aqua-Flo Sdn Bhd, has entered into a "framework agreement” with Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd for the supply and delivery of water meters in a RM12.97 million contract.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, KPS said the contract is for the development, migration, and replacement of water meters for a 24-month period, from Jan 1, 2023 to Dec 31, 2024.

The company said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2023 and 2024 for the duration of the agreement. - Bernama
