SKYWORLD WINS FIRST FIABCI MALAYSIA PROPERTY AWARDS


The SkyWorld team at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2022, celebrating their first win.

CITY Developer Skyworld Development Berhad won at the highly coveted Malaysia Property Awards 2022 organised by the FIABCI-Malaysia International Real Estate Federation for its SkyAwani 2 Residences under the affordable housing category.

Guest-of-honour Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Melaka Tun Mohd Ali Rustam presented the award to SkyWorld Group chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng at the awards gala held at One World Hotel in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

This is SkyWorld’s first win at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards.

Strategically located on a 1.125-hectare parcel off Jalan Ipoh in Kuala Lumpur, SkyWorld’s SkyAwani 2 Residences comprises 708 residential units priced at RM300,000 with 102 commercial lots.

Completed in 2020, it achieved a Qlassic score of 79% which was the highest Qlassic scorer in Malaysia under the Residensi Wilayah category by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).

With a gross development value of RM266mil, SkyAwani 2 Residences offer full-fledged facilities such as an infinity swimming pool that overlooks Batu Caves and Genting Highlands, a half basketball court, barbecue pit, children’s playground, family recreational area, sky bridge connecting the two towers, sky lounge, sky garden, yoga studio, fully air-conditioned multi-purpose hall, parcel lockers, electric vehicle charging points and a four-tier security system.
