Reach Energy classified as PN17 company


KUALA LUMPUR: Reach Energy Bhd has been admitted into the Practice Note 17 (PN17) company of Bursa Malaysia.

In a statement, Bursa Malaysia said Reach Energy had triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(e) of PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

“Bursa Malaysia would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of Reach Energy in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements,” it said.

As at April 4, there are 29 companies under PN17 and GN3 status, representing 3.05% of the total 950 companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Malaysia.
