Infomina wins six-year SSM contract


PETALING JAYA: Infomina Bhd said Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) has appointed it as the service provider for the platform.

The SSM appointment is for a period of six years commencing from March 31, 2023, the company said in a statement. Infomina will charge a service fee, which will be based on the actual consumption of the platform.

SSM is a statutory body formed as a result of a merger bet​​​ween the Registrar of Companies and the Registrar of Businesses which regulates companies and businesses. Its main activity is to serve as an agency to incorporate companies and register businesses.
