YNH gets development order for Kuala Pilah township


PETALING JAYA: YNH Property Bhd has obtained the development order from Kuala Pilah District Council for a 2,200-unit mixed development township with a total gross development value estimated at RM600mil.

General manager James Ngio said the township, which is located 40kms from the state capital of Seremban, is envisioned to become an economic growth catalyst for the area while catering to the strong demand for quality yet affordable homes.
