Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd won a RM125.3 million construction contract for a mixed development project in Penang.
Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Bhd bagged an immediate export sale of aluminium ingots worth RM110 million from Hong Kong.
OCR Group Bhd has planned a private placement of up to 40% of its share base to raise an estimated RM26.97 million to fund its development projects.
NWP Holdings Bhd bagged a marine sand mining and transportation project worth RM36 million in offshore Melaka for two years.
Spritzer Bhd plans to undertake an issue of up to 106.44 million bonus shares.
Meanwhile, Apex said the FBM KLCI could remain below the resistance of 1,431 points.
The US and European markets were closed on Friday for Good Friday holiday with the S&P and Nasdaq closing the week lower while the Dow Jones ended slightly higher.
