Former Bank Rakyat CEO Syed Abdul Aziz joins TWL Holdings as deputy chairman


KUALA LUMPUR: TWL Holdings Bhd has appointed former Bank Rakyat chief executive officer, Datuk Syed Abdul Aziz, as the group's new deputy chairman.

Syed replaces Shirley Tan Lee Chin, who is being redesignated as TWL's managing director.

“In this role, Syed will work closely with the group's chairman and other board members to provide strategic direction, drive growth initiatives and ensure strong corporate governance for the group,” said TWL in a statement.

Syed holds a degree in Business Administration from UiTM. He also earned the senior management programme for his professional qualification with Harvard Business University.
