Redtone’s Main Market move approved


PETALING JAYA: Redtone Digital Bhd’s move to transfer its listing status from the ACE Market to the Main Market has been approved by Bursa Malaysia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Redtone said the Securities Commission had, via its letter dated April 20, approved the proposed transfer under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and under the bumiputra equity requirement for public listed companies.
