Sancy wins RM4.31mil contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Sancy Bhd has received a RM4.31mil contract from a private healthcare group, which owns a 340-bed private hospital in Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the digital healthcare solution provider said the contract is to supply, conduct requirement study, design, develop/ customise, integrate, install, test, training, support and maintenance of total hospital information management system.

Sancy said the letter of award (LOA) is conditional upon the company agreeing on the payment milestone as stated in the conditional LOA and delivering the implementation schedule to the healthcare group within seven working days from the date of the conditional LOA.

It added that the healthcare group and the hospital would be announced upon the execution of the contract.

Sancy expects the conditional LOA to contribute positively to its net assets, earnings and earnings per share.
