Digistar Corp Bhd said Lee Kok Choong has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the company, following his disposal of 10.1 million shares in the open market last week.
Mohd Amir Masry has ceased to be a shareholder of ACE Market-listed Bahvest Resources Bhd, after offloading his entire 5.37% stake in the gold mining company in off-market trades.
Westports Holdings Bhd's net profit for 1Q23 rose 21% to RM183.58 million.
SLP Resources Bhd’s 1Q23 net profit declined 32.9% to RM3.02 million.
Bright Packaging Industry Bhd is diversifying into oil palm plantation through a joint venture in Sarikei, Sarawak with an investment of RM5.3 million.
SDS Group Bhd will be migrated to the Main Market under the “Consumer products & services” sector.
Meanwhile, Apex said the FBN KLCI could trend higher towards the resistance of 1,451 points following the positive performance on Wall Street.
The US market had a rebound rally on Friday to break a four-day losing streak following gains in regional banks and Apple shares.
Similarly, European markets were higher as banking and energy stocks led gains after losses earlier this week after the interest rate hike.
