KUALA LUMPUR: Kimlun Corp Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd has secured two contracts worth RM94.5mil contract from Horizon Hills Development Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kimlun said the contracts were for the main building works for 78 units of shop offices and a shopping mall with facilities in Pulai, Johor.
The projects are expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2025.
“The projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Kim Lun group for the financial years during the contract period,” it said.
